The first thing that you need to do is to dig a huge area or cut a big drum from the top and fix it at some suitable place. It is efficient to use a drum. Then you should drill a hole of about 1.5 inches at the base of the drum. Next thing that you need to do is to attach the same diameter pipe to the whole at the bottom. When you are finished with attaching a pipe to it, be prepared to attach a brass ball valve to it. This will ensure perfect drainage of your processor. However, it is not necessary that the valve needs to be of brass but remember that brass ensures long life. After this, drill another hole at a side of the drum and make the diameter same as the diameter of your heating element. Heating elements are easily available in the market or you can use your old heating element. Now, you should attach the heating device properly to the drum, ensuring that it does not touch the drum from any side. Your heating element should be wired properly so that it can be connected to a switch. The structure has been laid at this point. Now you need to ensure proper mixing of the ingredients of making biodiesel. Join a pulley to the steel rod and another to the spindle of the electronic motor. The propeller should be attached to the other side of the hinge. Shelf brackets might be used in place of propellers. Put together the propeller, pulley and rod at one side of the hinge. Also, place an angle iron which will ensure proper mixing. The left out side of the hinge can then be attached with propeller and rod to ensure that it is in the middle. Final step is to fit a belt to it the drum with a wooden block fit at with the hinge. Your biodiesel processor is ready to work.
